How does the Festival program work?

1. Find a fence to display the mural and get permission to use the fence. You may need to find out whether the fence is due for replacement in the next 5-10 years

2. Stream of Dreams instructors present a shortened version of the watershed education and Dreamfish painting workshops (usually over a 4-to-6 hour festival period

3. The Stream of Dreams team will design and direct the mural installation with the help of community volunteers
